Frags, Creds and Sims is an ongoing collection, currently comprising approximately fifty fragments of roadsigns, forty pieces of credit card, and twelve broken sim cards, descovered in Nottingham and Berlin since 2004.
Each fragment is carefully documented in situ, then repaired using only the information on the fragment itself. Thus 'repairs' are often non-sensical, or further confuse the fragmentation of the object and it's information.
The choice was taken to complete the works 'by-hand' so as to maintain the working aesthetic that suits an artist who wanders the streets looking for such detritus.
